We could not be happier, from the very beginning with Jeff Kemps our pool designer, Leigh Ann our coordinator and the construction crew. Best decision we ever made. Jeff came to our house twice and guided us in making design decisions that worked for our family. He remains amazing and answers all the questions I have about our pool maintenance, I consider him a friend. Leigh Ann was extremely helpful to me with getting our HOA approval, scheduling install, and answered all our installation questions. She even texted me when they pulled into our neighborhood so I could video our pool being delivered. The construction crew was amazing, they really know what they are doing and were awesome. We loved watching the install and they were very friendly and didn’t mind us hanging out with them. They answered all the questions we had. If you are in the market for an inground pool, I HIGHLY recommend Pools123. Our pool has been a blessing for our family. Lots of summer fun with family and friends, thanks to Pools123."

"I would like to take moment to thank and recommend Pools 123 for helping to make our outdoor oasis a reality. The pool was the center of our backyard transformation and they did a fabulous job and we are thrilled with the final product. The crews were all great, clean professional and performed a fantastic job. It required coordination and patience by them to help us install additional infrastructure that will be going into last parts of this transformation and they worked with to make it happen. The Silver Gray 35' Pinnacle is spectacular, the pool crew did a great job, the concrete crew performed a masterful pour after diligently forming and laying the reinforcing steel having it all signed off by the inspectors and pouring some additional footage for. The water feature team did an amazing job on our water shear it beautiful and makes a statement. The electrician managed to weave in between all of the crews and did tie everything together. I would also like to take a moment to thank the sales team, coordinator and support group to help bring this all together. They were great in the design, materials and scale of the pool. Great, people, fantastic workmanship and a wonderful product, definitely recommended."

"I did do my research, met with 3 different companies in the end we went with Pools 123. Jeff Kemps, a very professional salesman, came prepared, and answered all our questions from the first sit down and planning till the end of the project. During the install, we had some very bad weather, which did delay things a bit but they were here on a calls notice to come out and help deal with the pool, especially all the rain water and mud. The project was not a stressful situation, the entire crew did an excellent job. Thank You!! Leisure Pool Eclipse 30"

"Great customer service, loved the work, excited to get into the pool once it warms up. Jeff, Theresa, Carlos, the concrete crew, the waterfall crew, and the electricians were all professional, hardworking, and cleaned up after themselves. They worked with us even as we made design changes to concrete and electrical work mid-project. Pricing was transparent, easy to access, and competitive with other installers. Purchased salt water system for Reflection 30 foot in sapphire blue. The Hayward pump and filter are so much quieter than the sand filter at our last house, the freeze protection works well, and the electricity consumption is very reasonable. At suggestion of installers, did 4 feet of concrete all the way around plus a small pad for eventual cabana, plus a cascade. (As an aside, don’t try to save money on the concrete by getting too little. 4 feet around works great for us, and I actually wish we had added 2 more feet on the shallow end. Concrete pricing was actually cheaper than what my contractor connected father in law could get for us, and 3 feet of concrete is already priced into the pool package, so don’t be afraid to add more concrete, it’s an especially good deal) Electricians (Pools123 contractors, not ours) worked with us to add extra box for eventual pool heater/chiller. No issues passing city inspections. Jeff stayed in contact with us throughout the process, and the office was very responsive to both texts and emails. 10/10, have already recommended to neighbors."

"We could not be happier with choosing 123 pools for our backyard pool. We received many estimates over a year and went back and forth on concrete and fiberglass pools. Once we decided fiberglass pools we decided to make one more phone call and it was 123 pools. So glad we did! Jeff Kemp was a very knowledgeable, laid back sales guy with no pressure technique's. We had experienced pressure with other pool companies. Jeffs attention to customer service exceeded our expectations. He actually gets back to you after he’s made the sale and will walk you through it all even us with our 100 questions. Our pool took a week to go in, we were amazed at how well everyone worked together in each of the fields of expertise. Would recommend this pool company to anyone in Texas that wants a pool. This pool company is not a sleazy shady company. They are all very professional and know what they are doing. I’m so glad we waited to put the pool in and made the last call to pools 123."
